What we verify. How we verify.
Verification is the product. This page is an honest summary of what's automated and what a person checks by hand before an operator profile goes live to employers.
Documents and certifications.
Every operator profile clears two checks before employers can see it:
- Right-to-work documents. Passport, BRP, or share-code from the UK Home Office service, reviewed by our admin team.
- UK construction certifications. Our admin team reviews uploaded tickets against the issuing body where possible. We track expiry dates and flag profiles when certs lapse.
Human review, plus automated cross-checks.
Most of the verification is done by hand, by trained admins. Where an issuing body offers a digital check, we layer that on top:
- Companies House. Employer companies are cross-checked against the official register on sign-up.
- postcodes.io. UK address checking on employer and site addresses.
- Document-based identity. Right-to-work is confirmed from uploaded documents (passport, BRP, Home Office share-code) and reviewed by a trained admin.
- Admin queue. Every profile passes a trained admin's eyes before it's live to employers.
How the platform protects your data and audit trail.
Your data stays yours
Your data is locked to your company's own records on every read and write. The separation is enforced by the database itself, so even a bug in the app can't leak one company's data to another.
Team roles and permissions
Add your team with the right level of access: owner, project manager, billing, or view-only. You decide who can post jobs, reveal contact details, or handle the billing.
Every change is logged
Every change writes to an audit log you can't quietly edit. Security records are kept for seven years; read events are kept for ninety days.
