Customer agreement.

1. Identity of the provider

The SiteVerified platform is operated by Addaeus Ltd ( "SiteVerified", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17269747. SiteVerified is a trading name of Addaeus Ltd.

2. Scope

These terms cover access to and use of the SiteVerified web platform, mobile applications, and APIs (the "Service"). They apply to operators (tradespeople), employers (construction firms), and agencies (labour brokers).

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be aged 18 or over to register.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and any actions taken under your account.
• Two-factor authentication is available; we strongly recommend you enable it.

4. Verification

Operator profiles are reviewed by SiteVerified admins before being made visible to employers. Verification is not a warranty: we confirm that documents appear authentic and match the operator who supplied them; we don't guarantee future conduct, competence on a specific site, or commercial outcomes.

5. Subscription & reveal credits

Employers subscribe to a tier on a monthly rolling basis. Each tier includes a baseline of reveal credits per billing period; additional credits can be purchased at the published per-credit rate. Failed payments trigger a dunning workflow; the Service may be suspended after repeated failures.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to bypass verification, tenant isolation, or other platform security controls.
• Don't scrape, bulk-export, or resell platform data outside its intended use.
• Don't use the Service to discriminate unlawfully in hiring or to circumvent UK right-to-work checks.
• Don't harass or threaten other users via the platform's messaging, ratings, or dispute systems.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is owned by Addaeus Ltd. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it solely to deliver the Service to you and (in the case of operator profiles) to make it visible to employers as you direct.

8. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addaeus Ltd's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate on notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or the acceptable-use provisions. On termination your access ends; data retention continues under the data-handling policy until the relevant retention window closes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
