Billing & tiers.

Is there a free plan?

No. The Partnership and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial with a card on file and 5 reveal credits to try it out. We only charge on day 14, and only if you haven't cancelled. Sole Trader and Enterprise start straight away. Operators are always free.

What's a reveal credit?

When an operator applies to one of your jobs you can see their profile for free. A reveal credit unlocks their phone and email so you can contact them outside the platform. Credits don't expire within the billing month; unused credits don't roll over.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Billing is monthly with no minimum term. Cancel from your billing settings and your subscription ends at the end of the current period. Reveal credits remaining are honoured until period end.

What about VAT?

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK-registered businesses are charged the prevailing UK VAT rate.

Can I buy extra reveal credits mid-month?

Yes. Top-up credits are available from your billing settings. They're charged on your saved card and applied immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments via Stripe. We accept all major UK debit and credit cards.
